E-Mails not being received

We have noticed that a lot of you are having issues with emails not reaching the final destination (you) when you try to reset passwords or accept new IP connections to your account.

That usually happens on your email's end and there a few ways to avoid that from happening:

  • Check if our email and email domain (@playnewz.com) are not marked as SPAM in your email settings;
  • Make sure you did not select to unsubscribe to our emails, otherwise they might be blocked by your email provider;
  • Make sure the email you are using is written correctly.
