Game Rules

These rules apply to all players of Infestation: The New Z and are an addition to our Terms of Service.

Our goal is to keep Infestation: The New Z fair, safe, and enjoyable for everyone. By playing the game, you agree to follow these rules.

Depending on the severity of a violation, action may include a warning, restriction, temporary suspension, permanent ban, or removal of affected items or accounts.

Fair Play & Exploits

• No cheating or unauthorized third-party software.
• No exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics.
• No macros, scripts, or software that provides an unfair gameplay advantage.
• Macros or other tools that control recoil, weapon spread, or similar gameplay mechanics are not allowed.
• Do not attempt to bypass server-specific rules, restrictions, or limitations.
• Cheating will result in a permanent ban.

Accounts & Account Security

• Accounts are personal and cannot be sold, traded, transferred, or shared.
• Do not access or use another player's account without permission.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials, password, and email address secure.
• Never share your password or other account credentials with anyone.
• Only the owner of an account is permitted to change the email address associated with that account.
• We cannot provide support for accounts that have been compromised because account credentials were shared or improperly secured.

Ban Evasion & Previously Banned Hardware

• Do not attempt to bypass a ban by using another account.
• If you are banned while logging into or using a different account, the ban will not be reversed.
• Stay on your own account and do not use another account to circumvent an existing punishment.
• Hardware previously associated with a ban may result in enforcement action.
• If you purchase used hardware that was previously banned in our game, you will not be unbanned because you are not the original owner.
• We strongly recommend checking the history of used hardware before purchasing it.

Trading & Real-Money Transactions

• Items, currencies, and other content obtained in the game are intended for personal use only.
• Buying or selling game accounts is prohibited.
• Buying or selling in-game items, currencies, or other game content for real money outside of our official services is prohibited.
• Do not advertise the buying or selling of game content for real-world money.
• Items involved in prohibited transactions may be removed without compensation.
• Accounts involved in prohibited real-money transactions may be permanently banned.
• We do not provide support or compensation for trades conducted outside the official game systems.

Player Conduct

• Players must treat other players and Staff with respect.
• Intolerance, discrimination, harassment, or hate speech is not allowed.
• Real-life threats are strictly prohibited.
• Keep arguments and disagreements within the game and do not turn them into real-life threats or harassment.
• Do not impersonate Staff members, other players, or any other person.
• Do not share, publish, or distribute another player's personal information.
• Do not attempt to expose or publish private information belonging to another player.

Advertising & Promotion

• Unauthorized advertising is not allowed within the game.
• Do not advertise unrelated products, services, websites, games, or communities without permission.
• Advertising prohibited transactions, cheats, unauthorized software, or other activities that violate our rules is strictly prohibited.

Cheaters, Scammers & Rule Violations

• If you believe someone is cheating, use the in-game Report function.
• Do not attempt to investigate, punish, or publicly expose suspected cheaters yourself.
• Associating with cheaters, scammers, reputation boosters, or other individuals involved in activities that violate our rules or Terms of Service may result in punishment.
• Accounts involved in organized attempts to circumvent our rules may be investigated and punished accordingly.

Staff & Enforcement

• Staff members are here to operate, maintain, and support the game and must be treated with respect.
• Do not impersonate Staff or falsely claim to represent Infestation: The New Z or Fredaikis.
• We may use technical information such as IP addresses and hardware identifiers for account security, fraud prevention, and anti-cheat purposes.
• Technical information used for security and anti-cheat purposes will not be publicly disclosed.
• We cannot provide evidence that would reveal our anti-cheat detection methods or allow players to circumvent our security systems.
• Players are treated and managed based on their accounts and in-game activity.

Streaming & Content Creation

• You are allowed to stream, record, and publish gameplay from Infestation: The New Z.
• You may freely create and publish gameplay videos and other content featuring the game.
• Content creators are still required to follow these rules and our Terms of Service.

Privacy & Personal Information

• Do not share another player's personal information without their permission.
• We do not require unnecessary personal information for standard game account registration.
• Information collected for account security, anti-cheat, fraud prevention, and other legitimate purposes is handled according to our applicable policies.

Important Information

• These rules apply to all players and all official game services.
• Additional rules may apply to specific servers, events, tournaments, or community platforms.
• Server-specific rules must be followed and cannot be bypassed.
• We reserve the right to take action against behavior that intentionally circumvents the purpose of these rules, even if a specific situation is not explicitly listed.
• Rules may be updated when necessary. Players are responsible for staying informed about the current rules.
