Decompressed Failed means some of your files are either corrupt or de-synced. 

• If on Steam: Verify Game Integrity through Steam. Right-click the game on your library, go to Properties, then Files. There you should have that option. 
• If on Standalone launcher: There is a new feature on our launcher. Near the close and minimise button with a "SETTINGS" icon. Click on it, then you click on CLEAR to clear all the cached files.
