If the world doesn't load when you try joining a server and you get instantly kicked out you need to make some minor adjustments on your video card settings from its Control Panel. 

• AMD cards: Right-click your Radeon Settings (on your task bar, by your clock on windows), go to Graphics Profile and choose Optimize Performance. 
• Nvidia cards: Open your Nvidia Control Panel. Under 3D settings, go on Adjust image settings with preview. Move the bar all the way to the left, towards performance.
